Partisan Primary Voting Underway In 37th Assembly District

(Juneau) There is a partisan primary election today for voters in the 37th Assembly District. The seat opened up after John Jagler won another special election in April and moved to the state senate, the vacancy created by Scott Fitzgerald after his election to Congress in the fall. The 37th Assembly District encompasses portions of Dodge, Jefferson, Columbia and Dane counties. The top vote getter will advance to the special election on July 13th to face one democratic candidate and one independent candidate.
