The Packaging Operator is responsible for the safe- efficient operation and sanitation of our Cream Cheese packaging equipment. This position works in a team environment.

We’re looking for great people who are excited to start a career in food manufacturing. On the job training provided for all functions of the job. No prior food manufacturing experience required!

Responsibilities & Duties:
Food industry experience is preferred but not required.
Learn the safe and proper operation of packaging equipment.
Clean equipment according to all KraftHeinz guidelines.
Perform period cleaning duties per the period cleaning schedule.
Assist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operation.
Maintain downtime records during line operation.
Responsible for conducting and documenting quality checks.
Responsible for monitoring and communicating any process or product abnormalities to supervisor- team leader- or line technicians.
Keep work area clean and orderly. Adhere to all KraftHeinz and Beaver Dam Plant GMPs- rules- and regulations.
Responsible for compliance with quality safety policies within the facility.
Safely perform other duties as assigned.
