One Person Seriously Injured In Township Of Hubbard Crash

(Town of Hubbard) One person was seriously injured a single vehicle accident early Saturday morning in the Township of Hubbard. At 1:30am a 26-year-old female from Muskego was driving a Ford F150 East on County Highway S and was approaching the intersection with State Highway 67. The preliminary investigation shows that driver of the vehicle failed to stop at the stop sign, crossed both lanes of traffic, left the roadway, and crashed into a large tree. Authorities say the driver may have been ejected from the vehicle which later became engulfed in flames. The female driver was taken by Flight for Life to Aurora Summit Hospital with serious injuries. No other passengers where in the vehicle. Alcohol is believed to be a factor. The name of the driver will not be released until Sunday at the earliest. The crash remains under investigation.
