One Person Seriously Injured In Theresa Wreck

9/14/17 – Two people were injured, one seriously, in a two-vehicle accident just after 5pm yesterday in the Town of Theresa. Dodge County Sheriff’s officials say an eastbound car drove through a two-way stop sign at the intersection of county highways TW and AY and collided with a southbound pickup truck. The driver of the eastbound car was transported by Flight For Life to Aurora Summit Hospital with suspected life-threatening injuries.  The driver of the southbound pickup was transported by ambulance to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  The Sheriff’s Office Chaplain, with the assistance of other law enforcement agencies, is still attempting to notify relatives of the patient in serious condition. Names are being withheld pending that notification.  The Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the crash by the Village of Brownsville Marshall, Mayville EMS, Theresa EMS and Fire Department, Flight For Life, DCERT, Kekoskee First Responders, and the Sheriff’s Office Chaplain.  The crash is under investigation by the Crash Investigation Team (CIT).
