(Town of Elba) The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office say one person was seriously injured in a single vehicle crash on US 151 south of Bethel Road in the Town of Elba at 8am Friday morning. The preliminary investigation shows that a Chevrolet Colorado was traveling south on US 151 in the left/inside traffic line when they began to spin counter-clockwise. The vehicle slid through the median and both northbound traffic lanes before overturning in the eastside ditch. The driver and lone occupant was flown from the scene by Med Flight to UW Madison. Assisting at the scene was the Columbus Fire Department, Lifestar EMS, Med Flight and the Dodge County Emergency Response Team. The crash remains under investigation.
