One Person Injured Following Crash Involving Two Semis In Clyman

(Clyman) One person was injured Tuesday following a crash involving two semis in the town of Clyman. Dodge County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched around 1:44pm to the Highway 16/26 intersection with Highway CJ.

The initial investigation showed that a Freightliner semi, driven by a 57-year-old Horicon man, was heading north on 16/26 while a Volvo semi, operated by a 46-year-old Florida man which was also northbound, was turning east onto Highway CJ. The Freightliner struck the trailer of the Volvo, resulting in significant damage to the Volvo’s trailer and the Freightliner’s cab.

The Horicon man sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported by ambulance to the Beaver Dam hospital while the Florida man was not injured. The crash remains under investigation.
