Dodge County Master Gardener’s October Meeting Focuses On Microgreens

(Dodge County) The Dodge County Master Gardeners Association will be holding its next meeting on October 25th.  This month’s presentation theme is Growing Microgreens is easy and fun by Caryl (Carol) Watterson, owner of BrynTeg Farm LLC of Ashippun/Oconomowoc. In this hands-on workshop, farmer Caryl will help you get your hands dirty learning about microgreens, a perfect green-thumb activity for the winter. Attendees will learn to prepare seeds, containers, and soil medium and to understand planting methods and watering techniques and will take home their own container of microgreens.
