OCTOBER 14TH – CHOCOLATE COVERED INSECT

Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites

In large mixing bowl, stir together 1 c. crushed pretzels, ¾ c. creamy peanut butter, 1/3 c. powdered sugar and 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted. Roll 1 Tbsp. scoops of the mixture between palms to form about 20 balls. Arrange on plate or cutting board; freeze for 30 minutes. Dip frozen balls in 8 oz. melted milk chocolate to coat. Set on cooling          rack or parchment paper until chocolate firms up. Makes about 20.
