November 11th is Sundae Day

Katie’s Peanutty Fudge Sauce

1 c. chocolate flavored syrup

½ c. creamy peanut butter

¼ c. light corn syrup

1 tsp. vanilla

In medium bowl, with fork or wire whisk, stir together chocolate syrup, peanut butter, corn syrup and vanilla until smooth & well blended. Store in tightly covered jar in fridge for up to one month. Serve at room temperature. Yield 1 ½ c. It will keep in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks. Bring to room temperature, or microwave before serving if it has been refrigerated as it thickens up when cold.

This was a “Friday Favorite” in 2007. My daughter made this to give as Christmas gifts to aunts, uncles and grandparents and it was always a HUGE hit!
