No Wisconsin Coronavirus Deaths For Third Consecutive Day

(Dodge County) For the third consecutive day the Wisconsin Health Department recorded no new deaths. Statewide, the death rate is 796.

State health officials are reporting 484 cases of COVID-19 in Monday’s daily update. Nine-point-two-percent (9.2%) of the 48-hundred tests administered came back positive Monday, compared to 10.4-percent Sunday. There are 6,018 active cases in the state, which is 19-percent of the 32,061 people who have tested positive. State health officials are reporting just over 25-thousand recoveries so far.

Deaths accounted for two-and-a-half-percent (2.5%) of all cases in Wisconsin while just over 11-percent of those known to have contracted the virus needed to be hospitalized.

Dodge County has five deaths on record and 484 cases, an increase of one from Sunday. The county had 25 negative tests returned for a running total of 11,172. Public health officials in Dodge County are actively monitoring 38 people while 212 have recovered.

Washington County has 16 deaths on record and has 436 cases to date. Fond du Lac County has six deaths and 329 positive tests. Jefferson County has four deaths and 291 cases. There has been one death in Columbia County where there have been 101 positive cases. Green Lake County now has 40 cases.
