No Peek Beef Tips
2 pounds stew meat 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 pkg. brown gravy 1 ¼ c. ginger ale or 7-UP® 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
Line crock pot with liner. Place meat in bottom of pot. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.(NO PEEKING!)
