(Waukesha) The suspect in the Waukesha Christmas parade attack has been charged in the death of a sixth victim. Online court records for Darrell Brooks show a sixth count of First-Degree Intentional Homicide was added yesterday, along with an amended criminal complaint. The latest charge is for the death of eight-year-old Jackson Parks, who died two days after the November 21 tragedy. Five people were killed, including a former Beaver Dam teacher, and dozens more injured when Books allegedly drove an SUV into the Christmas parade. – WRN

(Iron Ridge) A Juneau man facing 10 years in prison for endangering the safety of his girlfriend made his initial appearance in court yesterday Monday. Anthony Gasper allegedly crashed into the victim’s vehicle multiple times before pushing it forward for roughly 300 feet in September. Gasper denied knowing anything about the crash when questioned, but reportedly said the victim took $200 worth of his pills. The 31-year-old allegedly said that he did not care about the victim’s wellbeing and hoped she got hit by a car. A signature bond was set at $1,000 and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 16th.

(Beaver Dam) A Beaver Dam man charged with having inappropriate contact with a minor was in court yesterday (Monday) for his initial appearance. Kyle Schwantes is facing a felony count of Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child. According to the criminal complaint, the 13-year-old victim allegedly said that Schwantes had touched her inappropriately while at his residence in March. If convicted, the 35-year-old faces 40 years in prison. Cash bond was set at $1,000 and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 2nd.

(Juneau) The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is looking for information about area drug sales. Sheriff Dale Schmidt says the Drug Enforcement Unit is always looking for details on drug use and sales as they work to keep families and children safe from its negative effects. The sheriff’s office Drug Enforcement Unit is made up of multiple agencies within Dodge County that work to curb the use and sales of illicit drugs. (Juneau) The Dodge County Emergency Response Team lost one of their own to COVID. The non-profit announced that Paul Kohlman passed away Saturday morning. The organization said that Kohlman had been serving the surrounding community since 2008. They say his family is in need of financial assistance for final arrangements. (Juneau) The Dodge County Health Department will be hosting several upcoming COVID vaccine clinics this week. Health officials say they will be offering the Pfizer shot today between noon and 4pm. On Friday, the Moderna as well as the one-and-done Johnson and Johnson vaccine will be available for those 18 and up between 12:45pm and 3pm. Next Tuesday, Dodge County health officials will be giving out Pfizer shots for those aged five to 11 between 3pm and 5:30pm.
