(Juneau) As part of National Police Week, the Dodge County Executive Law Enforcement Association is holding a memorial ceremony today at the Dodge County Law Enforcement Memorial in from Dodge County Administration building in Juneau.  Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt says they will take the time to remember those lost in the line of duty both with ties to the county.  The event begins at 11:15am with Dodge County Administrator Cameron Clapper as the keynotes speaker.   

(Columbus) The Columbus City Council received an update on stormwater projects at a recent committee of the whole meeting. City Engineer Jason Lietha recapped some information discussed at recent public meetings including Columbus flooding issues, past studies, and the Udey dam. He adds that the possibility of sending funding for the stormwater projects to referendum was also discussed. More information on stormwater utilities can be found at    

(Beaver Dam) The Dodge County Concert Association is wrapping up their 2023-24 season on May 22 at Beaver Dam High School with a presentation from Brassfire, featuring trumpetist Jens (YENS) Lindemann. (Dodge County) The Rock River Coalition’s annual meeting is tonight from 5pm to 8pm at N3220 Radloff Lane in Fort Atkinson. Registration is $30 for the ticket and dinner, and those who would like to attend must sign up two days prior to the event. More information is available at  

(Beaver Dam) The public is invited to attend the formal presentation of the Community Action Plan tomorrow night (Thursday). City administrator Nathan Thiel says they will have a PowerPoint presentation. He adds that they have also done a walkthrough of their thoughts and that he has been able to get a little unveiling himself. More information can be found at
