Beautiful Weather For Dodge County Dairy Brunch

6/29/09 – Well over a thousand plates of food were dished out at yesterday’s mornings Dodge County Dairy Brunch. The event was held this year at the Broussard Dairy Farm in Beaver Dam. The proceeds from the brunch are used to promote the local dairy industry.

Must-Ski’s Continue To Wow Audiences

6/29/09 – The Beaverland Must-Ski’s are nearly half-way through their season and large crowds continue to line the shores of Tahoe Park to see award-winning water-skiers. There was near perfect weather for the skiers seventh show of the year last night. The theme of 2009 is “Wild, Wild West” and follows hero ‘Clint Skiwood’ in his efforts to save BeaverGulch from outlaws like Black Bart. The 2006-2007 State Champions will return to the State Tournament in Wisconsin Rapids on July 16. They will also be competing in the National Tournament for a second year as a Division One team in August. The Must-Ski’s perform most Sundays at Tahoe Park through September 6. The next show on their calendar is this coming Sunday at 6pm.
