(Juneau) The Dodge County Treasurer’s Office is highlighting several methods for residents to pay their second installment tax payments. Deputy Treasurer Brenda Wenzel says due to COVID-19, she encourages payees to use alternate payment options. She says there are three ways to send in your payments. Option one is by mail. Citizens can make out their envelopes to the Dodge County Treasurer at 127 East Oak Street in Juneau. A second option includes using the Payment Dropbox. Wenzel says the dropbox is located inside the Administration Building, 127 East Oak Street, on the first floor by the information counter. She notes that currently all entrances into the building are locked expect for the doors on Miller Street. Lastly, payments can be made with a credit or debit card online (www.co.dodge.wi.gov) or by calling 800-272-9829 with the jurisdiction code #5936. Wenzel says there is a fee of $2.90 for e-check or a two-point-six-two-five-percent charge (2.625%) with the use of a debit or credit card. The due date for property taxes is Friday, July 31st.
