(Portland) Authorities are still investigating a crash involving two motorcycles that happened Sunday evening. Dodge County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched around 7:45pm to reports of an injury crash on County Highway T near Stark Road in the town of Portland.
According to reports, a 2003 Suzuki was traveling northbound on T driven by a 33-year-old man from Waterloo when it crashed into a 2012 Harley Davidson also traveling north operated by a 28-year-old man from Marshall. All parties involved sustained injuries including a 23-year-old female passenger riding on the Harley.
Authorities say alcohol is a factor in the crash and that no helmets were worn by anyone involved.
