(Beaver Dam) The president of Marshfield Medical Center – Beaver Dam has announced that she will be leaving the organization this fall. Angelia Foster has accepted the president position with Baptist Health in Corbin, Kentucky to lead its 273-bed acute and skilled care hospital.
Foster joined the Beaver Dam hospital in March of 2020 just weeks before the COVID pandemic began seriously impacting health care facilities across the country. Her start date also came just a few months after the hospital officially affiliated with Marshfield Clinic Health System.
Foster says it is with both excitement and a heavy heart that she came to this difficult decision. She adds that she has met so many amazing people who are dedicated to the wellbeing of the Dodge County region during her time in Beaver Dam. Foster notes that from providers, community stakeholders, public officials, and various board and committee members, there is a strong commitment to service here that everyone can be proud of.
Her last day with Marshfield Medical Center – Beaver Dam will be on October 7th.
