Mayville To Resurface Several Roadways

5/27/17 – The city of Mayville will have several roads resurfaced. Every year Mayville’s engineer rates the quality of the roads and the ones scoring the lowest are improved. This year, eight different roadways will be targeted. The budgeted project will cost $176,000 and the council will vote at their next meeting to decide if Northern Asphalt, who had the lowest bid, will be the contractor on the project. Each section of road would take anywhere from a day to a couple weeks to complete. The goal is to start resurfacing this summer.

The list of roads being worked on are:

Mountin Drive (Horicon St. to Cardinal St.)

Audobon Court (Mountin Dr. to end)

Park Road (German St. to Nelson Rd.)
Park Road (Golf Course Rd to Pavilion Building)

Seitz Avenue (John St. to Ruedebusch Ave.)

Alley (Wisconsin – Grand, Breckenridge St. to Center St.)

Naber Street (German St. to High St.)
