Artichoke Dip
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese & green chilies. Mix well and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with chopped green onions and chopped tomato, if desired.
