A Beaver Dam man sustained life-threatening injuries following a two-car accident yesterday inside city limits. It happened just after 10:30am when a pickup truck operated by a 39-year-old Beaver Dam man went through the stop sign at the intersection of South Lincoln Avenue and East Mill Street. An 88-year-old Beaver Dam man driving a passenger car was taken to Beaver Dam Community Hospital and then transported to UW Hospital Madison. The 39-year-old was not injured and was cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way Causing Injury.
