Man Accused In Beaver Dam Abduction Case Pleads Not Guilty To Federal Charges

(Beaver Dam) The 40-year-old Arkansas man suspected of taking a pregnant Beaver Dam teen across the country pled not guilty to federal charges stemming from the alleged abduction. The proceeding was held in an Arkansas federal courtroom with Gary Day appearing via phone from Wisconsin.

Day is being held in the Dodge County Jail. Dodge County charges against him include two counts each of abduction of a child and child enticement. He will be arraigned on those charges on June 17th.

Day and the 17-year-old victim were at the center of multiple Amber Alerts in Wisconsin, Arkansas, and Missouri. Day is believed to be the father of the teen’s unborn child.
