Majority of Schools Will See Increased State Funding

(Wisconsin) Most of Wisconsin’s local schools are getting more money from the state. The Department of Public Instruction’s general school aid estimate for the next school year says, overall, schools will split about five billion-dollars. That’s up three-and-a-half percent from the last school year. Not every school will see more though. D-P-I says 114 of Wisconsin’s 421 school districts will see less money from Madison.
