| Current openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts. 2nd shift hours: Monday through Friday 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm 3rd shift hours: Sunday through Thursday 10:00 pm to 6:30 am Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs on machinery and equipment 2. Troubleshoot and analyze causes of machinery failure 3. Work with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) 4. Perform preventive maintenance on machinery & equipment 5. Use appropriate hand tools, diagnostic tools, gauges, lifting mechanisms, rigging equipment, as necessary to perform job 6. Operate CNC & manual milling machines, lathes, & drill presses to fabricate parts 7. Perform non-structural welding as part of repair and fabrication 8. Perform maintenance duties while utilizing proper LOTO procedures and ARC Flash regulations 9. Perform work safely while wearing required PPE at all times 10. Work with vendors and purchasing department to order parts Qualification Requirements: 1. Five or more years of electrical and mechanical experience 2. High School Diploma or equivalent 3. Understanding of PLC controllers to diagnose equipment 4. Prior blueprint reading experience 5. Experience using various computer programs and able to learn new programs Preferred Technical Qualifications: 1. Journeyman card holder 2.
