(Caledonia) Two people from Madison were arrested Sunday by Columbia County authorities on various drug and firearm charges. Around 2am, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a speed violation near the intersection of Highway 33 and I90/94 in the Township of Caledonia. Sheriff Roger Brandner says upon contact with the occupants, deputies were able to detect the odor and visibly see marijuana inside the vehicle.
