| Kondex Corporation is looking to add Machine Operators to the Sickle Sections department. Current openings on 1st & 2nd shift: Current mandatory overtime hours: 1st shift – Monday through Friday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm and every other Saturday 5:00 am to 11:00 am. 2nd shift – Monday through Friday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am and every other Saturday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Learn how to set-up and operate equipment such as blanking presses, mills, heat treat equipment, and robotic machines. 2. Read prints and routings. 3. Follow established machine settings and parameters. 4. Perform lock-out tag-out on equipment. 5. Perform basic to complex inspections using hand-held measuring devices. 6. Perform preventative maintenance on machines per instructions. 7. Perform 5S activities within the cell. Qualification Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent work experience. 2. Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, prints, and inspection criteria. 3. Ability to learn how to operate more complex equipment. 4. Ability to work independently. 5. Prior manufacturing and machine operation experience.
