Luedtke named to Wisconsin FFA Board of Directors

(BEAVER DAM) Beaver Dam has its first FFA state officer in 22 years. Max Luedtke was named to the Wisconsin Board of Directors at the FFA state convention in Madison Wednesday, June 11. He’ll spend the next year representing FFA at state and national events. Most of all, Luedtke says he’s looking forward to being a role model.

“FFA has helped me grow as an individual since I started as a freshman. It’s really helped me step out of my shell, said Luedtke. ‘I want to be a mentor to underclassmen and help them step out of their shells, so they can have the same positive experience that FFA gave me.”

Luedtke graduated from Beaver Dam High School this spring. He’ll study agribusiness at UW-Madison this fall. Beaver Dam’s last FFA officer was Christine Lindner in 2003.
