This is the last week to participate in a local produce drive and organizers are hoping for a bumper crop in spite of the tumultuous climate this summer. Psychiatric Associates and the YMCA of Dodge County have teamed up to provide food for families in need in the Beaver Dam area through its fifth annual produce drive. In 2011, farmers, area gardeners and other residents responded by contributing 4,795 pounds, all donated to area food banks. The drive began early last month and
continues through the end of this week. Drop-off locations include Psychiatric Associates on Front Street, the YMCA of Dodge County and the Beaver Dam Community Library. More information is at:
