(Wisconsin) A handful of the nearly two-million Wisconsinites fully vaccinated against COVID-19 have subsequently tested positive for the virus. The Department of Health Services says just over 600 of them have tested positive again. State health officials released the numbers on post-vaccination positives Tuesday. The 605 positives amount to point-zero-three percent of all people who are fully vaccinated in the state. Doctors say the numbers are expected and that no vaccine is 100-percent effective.
