(Juneau) A Juneau man was charged Tuesday with having inappropriate contact with a minor. Nehemiah Reiss is facing felony counts of Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child, Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, Attempted Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, and Child Enticement.
The victim was questioned by Dodge County sheriff’s deputies in November. She reportedly said that the assaults happened while staying at Reiss’ home in Juneau over last summer and in the fall.
If convicted, the 29-year-old faces up to 185 years in prison. An initial appearance is scheduled for February 21st.
