Jaws Of Life Needed To Rescue Motorist In Highway 151 Rollover

(Sun Prairie) The jaws of life were needed to remove the driver of a vehicle that crashed Thursday afternoon on Highway 151. The incident occurred around 1:20pm near County V exit 114 at the Dane, Columbia county line. Columbus Public Information Officer Jerrod Fox tells us that the suburban was hauling a trailer with a motorcycle when it rolled over multiple times into the ditch. The driver and lone occupant was transported by Lifestar EMS to Madison with unspecified injuries. A dog in the vehicle, who Fox says appeared to be ok, was taken to a veterinarian. Traffic was snarled for around 90 minutes as northbound 151 was down to one lane.
