Grandpa’s Brandy Alexander

2 Tbsp. brandy

2 Tbsp. crème de cacao

2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup

1 c. chocolate ice cream, softened

In blender, combine brandy, crème de cacao, & chocolate syrup. Blend at MEDIUM speed until well mixed. Add softened ice cream in large chunks. Blend at HIGH speed until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
