JANUARY 27TH – CHOCOLATE CAKE

Chocolate Chip Muffins

2 c. all-purpose flour

½ c. sugar

1 Tbsp. baking powder

½ tsp. salt

1 egg

¾ c. milk

1/3 c. vegetable oil

¾ c. mini semisweet chocolate chips

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. In small bowl, beat egg, milk and oil Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups ¾ full. Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack. Makes 1 dozen.
