9/8/12 – A 33-year-old Iron Ridge man was arrested early Wednesday morning for allegedly driving 51-miles per hour over the speed limit while drunk. It happened on Highway 67 around 2:30am. A Dodge County Sheriff’s Deputy clocked the vehicle going 106-miles per hour in the 55-mile-an-hour zone. The man told the deputy that he (quote) “was just trying to see what the car had.” He was arrested for first offense Operating While Intoxicated and was ticketed for driving 51mph over the speed limit. That carries a fine of $515, six points and a mandatory loss of license. He’s due in court next month
