(Iron Ridge) A company in Iron Ridge was recently recognized for their track record of safety. General ThermoDynamics set a new safety record reaching nine plus years without a “lost time incident” and four plus years without an OSHA recordable accident this month.
The business is a manufacturer of heat transfer products servicing the specialty vehicle, oil and gas, power generation, military, data centers, and off and on highway markets. Officials with General ThermoDynamics say they cool engines that power our world. They add that this safety record is a significant accomplishment for a fabrication and machining facility.
Officials note that the Iron Ridge team exemplifies what “safety culture” is all about, working together as a team and watching out for each other.
Members of the Iron Ridge fire and police departments, emergency response team, village officials, and state leaders recently gathered at the company to celebrate the milestone.
