Law Enforcement/Corrections experience preferred

Overall Purpose/Summary: Under the general direction of Corrections Supervisor, responsible to transport all appropriate inmates/detainees and other individuals within and outside of Dodge County as assigned.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Transports within and/or outside of Dodge County, all male or female inmates/detainees as required.
Considerable knowledge of state and county laws and regulations.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent, experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to accomplish all of the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Working Conditions: Must drive van or automobile in all weather conditions. Occasional work in adverse interpersonal situations.
