We talked about healthy eating with probiotics, cruciferous veggies and shared a list of new cleaning products from 2017 that really work and we shared the following recipes: Hot Chocolate Muffins, Easy Veggie Omelet, Miso Yogurt Sauce, Cream Puffs, and Tuscan Tortillini Soup
