Hustisford Man Pleads Guilty On Child Porn Charges

(Hustisford) A Hustisford man was found guilty Friday of having illegal images of minors on his computer. Todd DiMiceli entered a guilty plea to two felony counts of Child Pornography. Four additional felonies were dismissed but read into the record. In January of 2016, detectives with the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation conducted a search warrant at the DiMiceli residence in Hustisford. Several electronic items were sieved and after forensic examination six images were located among DiMiceli’s files.  In talking with investigators, DiMiceli admitted to encountering child pornography while using a program called ARES. When asked if he had intentionally looked for child porn the 46-year-old fell silent before requesting an attorney. DiMiceli will be back in court on January 10th for sentencing.
