Hustisford Man Gets Three Years For What D-A Calls ‘Extremely Disturbing’ Images

(Hustisford) A Hustisford man was sentenced Thursday to three years in prison for having illegal images of minors on his computer. Todd DiMiceli entered a guilty plea in January to two felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography. Four additional felonies were dismissed but read into the record.

In January of 2016, detectives with the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation conducted a search warrant at the DiMiceli residence in Hustisford. Several electronic items were seized and after forensic examination, a half dozen images were located among DiMiceli’s files. In talking with investigators, DiMiceli admitted to encountering child pornography while using a computer program. When asked if he had intentionally looked for child porn the 47-year-old fell silent before requesting an attorney.

District Attorney Kurt Klomberg says the images that the defendant possessed in this case were (quote) “extremely disturbing.” Klomberg says the victims of “such crimes are re-victimized each time these images are traded, downloaded and viewed.” In addition to three years in prison, DiMiceli was also ordered to serve five years on extended supervision.
