Horicon’s Reinwald Wins State Girls Wrestling Title

The WIAA held their first ever state girls individual wrestling tournament on Saturday in LaCrosse with a handful of area girls competing.  Horicon’s Cyri Reinwald was the area’s top finisher taking home the state championship at 165. Reinwald pinned Superior’s Sophia Bassino in 5:31 in the championship match.  Waterloo’s Cassandra Valle also had a podium finish with 4th place at 126.
