Horicon Police Determine Threat Against John Deere In Horicon Was Not Credible

(Horicon) The Horicon Police Department has determined that a threat against John Deere in Horicon was not credible. Authorities say there was no real danger to employees or the facility; they did not elaborate on the nature of the threat. Horicon Police Lieutenant Russ Saunders says while no credible threat actually developed, the collaborative effort between police officers and security personal at John Deere along with existing safety protocols helped ensure the safety of all employees and neighbors of the plant. The incident remains an open investigation and an update is expected to be given by Monday.
