(Horicon) The Horicon Marsh Bird Club will be holding it’s December meeting Thursday, December 20th at the Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center. This month’s meeting will feature presenter Michael John Jaeger who will provide an overview of the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Fund and how it is helping bird conservation. There will be discussion on the future of the fund past its current expiration of June 2020, including how birders can help participate in the upcoming state budget process to help extend the stewardship past its expiration. The meeting is free and open to the public. The Horicon Marsh Bird Club meeting starts at 7pm.
