The Highway 33 reconstruction project in Horicon is now in phase two and Public Works Supervisor Dave Magnusson says their making progress each day. While the detour signs for the project continue to be seen on the outskirts of town getting into the city is actually quite easy. With construction complete on the Lake Street portion of the project those coming from the west on Highway E or those coming in from Mayville can get to the downtown businesses. The entire project is expected to be completed by late November this year.
