Helen “Ann” Jungbluth

Helen “Ann” Jungbluth, age 89, of Reeseville, went to her eternal home on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family.

There will be a celebration for Ann at a later date.

Helen Ann Swenson was born on July 10, 1931 in Grantsburg, Wisconsin to Swen and Hazel (Larson) Swenson. On June 10, 1950, she was united in marriage with Donald Jungbluth in Madison, Wisconsin. Together, Don and Ann operated a family farm for 14 years both in Waterloo and Reeseville. Ann also worked as a nurse’s aide at Watertown Hospital. Don and Ann operated the Tumbleweed for 15 years and Ann also worked at Standish in Lake Mills. All while being devoted to raising nine children and spoiling her grandchildren.

Ann is survived by her children, Emily (Ted) Gay of Waterloo, Linda (Dan) Fugate of Janesville, Dan Jungbluth of Reeseville, Joette Jungbluth of Reeseville, Andy (Chris) Jungbluth of Waterloo, Wanda (Andy) Rodriguez of Bryan, TX, and Mark Jungbluth of Waunakee; sister, Sandra (Frank) Bertsch of Cottage Grove; 19 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, in 2014; two daughters, Donna Hebl and Juanita Payton; brother, John “Jack” Swenson; sister, Joyce Christian; and daughter-in-law, Patricia Jungbluth.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Danny Jungbluth.  The donations will be given to Joette Jungbluth and Danny Jungbluth who lovingly cared for our Mother, Ann so that she could remain comfortably at home during her last years on earth.
