1/19/12 – Customers of Wisconsin’s largest natural gas utility are paying their lowest heating bills in a decade. We Energies is saying they’ve got about a million natural gas customers throughout Wisconsin – and the average home paid 173-dollars in November and December for their heating fuel. That’s 22-percent less than the same two-month period the previous year. And it’s We Energies’ lowest average for November-and-December since 2001. Utility spokesman Brian
