Harry Neitzel Tribute Race Returns To The Dodge County Fairgrounds

(Beaver Dam) The Fifth Annual Harry Neitzel Tribute race returns to the Dodge County Fairgrounds Friday. Spectators will see a strong field of MSA 360 Sprint Cars hit the sprawling “horsepower half mile” at the fairgrounds in Beaver Dam.

Race organizers say the event honors the universally respected Harry Neitzel of Beaver Dam who passed away at the age of 84 in 2017. They add that the race has grown into one of the crown jewel events on the MSA schedule. Also on the card will be the Bumper to Bumper Interstate Racing Association 410 Sprint Car Series, along with the Modified division.

Pit gates open at 3pm Friday, spectator gates are set to open at 5pm with warm ups at six. Qualifying and racing to follow with opening ceremonies slated for 7:30pm. Admission is $25 for adults with kids six-through-12 $5, children five and under are free. Pit admission is $30.
