(Wisconsin) Small businesses are likely the most to benefit from a second stimulus bill from the U.S. Government to pump up the economy during the COVID-19 outbreak. That bill could carry a price tag of up to $500 billion. Congressman Glenn Grothman says it seems much too soon to be passing another stimulus bill when checks are still going out and loans are still being processed and the impact of the first bill isn’t really known. He also feels not everyone getting financial assistance through the first bill really needed it.
