(Princeton) The Green Lake County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s help in investigating a fatal crash. A 51-year-old Appleton man was killed after a westbound Jeep crossed the centerline on Highway 23 near County Highway W on September 29th at 3:20pm. Authorities say their investigation has led them to believe that a minor traffic collision occurred at the intersection of Highway 23/Highway 49 near the County Highway A stop lights about 10 minutes before. They say the occupants exited the vehicle, assessed the damage, and continued on. Other witnesses have identified a red or a maroon SUV that was involved in the fender bender incident. Law enforcement is attempting to identify the operator of the SUV as they believe they may have information about the fatal traffic crash investigation.
