(Columbus) With September 8th being Grandparents Day, Columbus residents are encouraged to include them in Pedal Days.
It runs from September 8th through the 22nd. Families can bike, skate, walk and can find their way to an opportunity for prizes. Photos of items will be located at various locations throughout the city for people to find. Some locations include City Hall, Columbus Public Library, Columbus Community Center, and the Columbus Area Aquatic Center. There will also be two bonus items at Fireman’s Park. Paper copies of the photographed items will be available in person at the library, recreation office, or community center and can be found online on the City’s Facebook pages. Once an item is found, take a picture of it and email it to commotion@columbuswi dot gov or text it to 920-484-8556. Each picture found will result in a ticket for a drawing with prizes.
The drawing will be held on September 24th at 10am and winners will be notified by email or text. Family pictures will be put into an additional drawing for a special family prize.
