Goober

Certified Goofy Goober!
He is a 5 year old 57lb Border Collie mix.
Goober was originally adopted from the Dodge County Humane Society in 2017.
The adoptive family was blending and he did not get along with his potential step doggy siblings. Which is why he has found his way back to the shelter.
Goober is a friendly guy who enjoys giving and receiving attention. He is a very active dog who loves to play fetch. You’ll always want to make sure you have a few tennis balls on hand as he hasn’t quite grasped the concept of bringing the ball back.
Goober is a very good boy and knows how to sit & shake on command and is also fully housetrained. He seems to view kennels as a negative space so he does not enjoy to be in one. Luckily his previous home said he was a very good boy when left out. He was trusted to free roam over night and during the day when no one was home. Goober will have to be the only pet in the household as he seems to only enjoy the company of humans.
Goober is just an active guy looking for a family that will love him and allow him to snuggle up in bed with them at night.
You can visit Goober today from 12-7pm.
The Dodge County Humane Society will be closed on Christmas.
The Pet of the Week is brought to you by the BDCH Foundation.
