Global Fair Promotes Cultural Awareness

(Beaver Dam) Booth space is available for the upcoming Global Fair cohosted by Wayland Academy and the Beaver Dam Community Library.  Held in the Lindsay Gym on the Wayland campus, the theme of this year’s fair is “A celebration of diversity. A cultivation of peace.”  The fair will include a variety of Wayland student and community booths representing cultural heritage which could include a sweet treat specific to their culture.  Participants of all ages can enjoy professional cultural entertainment and engaging activities that will celebrate and showcase our community’s diverse cultural heritage.  Event organizers are inviting community members to reserve a free booth space to highlight their family’s cultural heritage, countries they have traveled to see, or service organizations involved in worldwide business or charity.  Additional information about how to reserve your booth will accompany this story online at DailyDodge.com
